He was chief executive officer for private equity at AB Asesores and AB Asesores Morgan Stanley (1993-2000). He has served recently on the board of Nicolás Correa Anayak, Ydilo Advanced Voice Solutions, Bodegas Arco and Segur Ibérica. He has been a partner at N+1 since it was founded in 2000 and was responsible for Dinama’s IPO in 1997. He has been a member of the Spanish private equity association (ASCRI) since 1996, which he chaired for a two-year stint.

In 1991, he began his career in the AB Asesores Group, in the Corporate Finance and Capital Markets Department and was director of this department from 1997 to 1999.

Since 1996 he has worked as a consultant engineer, primarily in the fields of the environment and electricity generation (renewable energies and cogeneration), initially in HASKONING, S.A. and subsequently in ALATEC, (Ingenieros Consultores y Arquitectos, S.A.), as Area Director since 2000.
